Klitgaard Vin is an organic and biodynamic certified winery in Central Funen. Here, we craft Danish wine based on our vineyards, the Funen climate, and a passion for quality. We grow grape varieties well-suited to the Danish climate and work with nature as an active partner in the winemaking process. Our wines are handcrafted on a small scale and characterized by freshness, finesse, and a distinct Danish character. Today, our wines are served at several of the country’s leading restaurants, including those with Michelin stars.

ÆRØ VIN is an organic certified winery and offers spectacular views, tastings and tours.
Vrangbækgaard Vin
Vrangbækgaard is a small vineyard on a south-facing slope close to the coast near Lundeborg on Funen.
Here, organic grapes are grown to produce the highest possible wine quality in Danish latitudes – using only natural methods and robust grape varieties that can ripen in Denmark and are grown with minimal use of gentle pesticides.
The winery is working – in collaboration with German plant breeders – to develop next generation grape varieties for the Scandinavian climate.
Gotland fur sheep are bred on the farm, so you can buy both organic lamb and wine in the farm shop.
The winery is open for visits by appointment.
Frørup Vingård
If you are looking for local organically produced wine, Frørup Vingård is for you. The vineyard is cultivated with great love for nature and for the wine, and not least for each other. Organic, delicious and tasty wines are sold from the farm shop. In the farm shop, you can also buy all the equipment you need to establish your own vineyard and winery. Come and have a chat and get inspired to become a winegrower and make your own wine.
Frørup Vingård organizes guided tours of the vineyard with wine tasting and possibly tapas for companies, associations and private parties.

Vestergaard Vin
Vestergaard Vin produces Danish wine just outside Assens on western Funen. The company also imports wine, so you can buy both Danish and foreign wines in the farm shop, which is open by appointment.

Une Mead – Danish mead of the highest quality
Handcrafted luxury mead made with patience, Danish honey, the finest ingredients, and a love of nature. Winner of Mead of the Year 2023 at the Danish Wine Show and awarded Mead Brewer of the Year at Mead Day 2024. This award-winning mead is brewed in North Funen, where we age the golden drink ourselves until it’s ready.

We work with PIWI grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention. Natural wines with energy, character, and a sense of place.
