At Klitgaard Vin, we operate based on a simple idea: Good wine begins with living soil and healthy plants.

Throughout the year, we closely monitor the vineyard’s development and work on soil, plant growth, and biodiversity to create the best possible conditions for the grapes. The biodynamic approach means that we view the vineyard as a cohesive ecosystem in which the soil, plants, animals, and surroundings exist in a natural balance.

The vineyards include varieties such as Solaris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Précoce, Ortega, and Chardonnay. These grapes offer a variety of styles and possibilities—from fresh and aromatic white wines to elegant red wines and sparkling wines.

We produce in limited quantities, allowing each vintage to develop its own character. Our wines have earned recognition among industry professionals and are served at several of the country’s leading restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
