Guldbæk Vingård is a small family-run winery in North Jutland, where we work with wine production at the limits of what the climate allows. We grow grape varieties specially selected for Nordic conditions, producing wines with freshness, balance and character. Everything is produced on a small scale with great care in both field and cellar. The work is based on sustainability, presence and a desire to let place and vintage shape the wines naturally.

Østergaard Winery produces handcrafted specialty wines made from both grapes and fruit. The grape wines are made from grapes grown in our own vineyards, where we mainly cultivate varieties suited to elegant white and rosé wines. In selected years, we also make an intense red wine from dried grapes. The winery also produces fruit ice wines from apples and pears—concentrated wines that pair perfectly with desserts and cheeses. The result is wines with delicate aromas of green apples, citrus, and light floral notes, often with a crisp, mineral finish.
