Ørby Vineyard is beautifully and elevated in the landscape near Tisvildeleje, where sea air and sunny slopes create ideal conditions for wine production. Here, we farm our fields organically, with respect for nature, the soil, and the unique balance that gives the grapes their character.

At the vineyard, we produce quality wines with a focus on craftsmanship, flavour, and sustainability. From vine to bottle, we work carefully to ensure an authentic wine experience, where terroir and vintage are allowed to stand out clearly.

In addition to wine production, we run a cosy café overlooking the vineyards. Here, guests can enjoy a glass of our own wines, light dishes, and the special calm the surroundings invite. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—a place where both locals and visitors come together around great flavours.
