The vineyard is located on a south-facing slope in a scenic area of Mors, with soil rich in clay, flint, and chalk; windbreaks around the fields contribute to a sheltered microclimate that helps the grapes ripen.
At our own winery, we process the harvest into white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines, as well as fruit wines made from quince and aronia, among other fruits. The Danish climate provides particularly good conditions for fresh and lively sparkling wines, which we prioritize highly.
You’re welcome to visit our vineyard, winery, and studio, where you can get a glimpse into our production process, experience the art, and chat with us about the passion behind this place.
Visits can be arranged in advance, but drop-in guests are also welcome when we’re home. We also have a farm stand selling wine and art at this address.
