Drudgaard is a winery specialising in natural wine and spontaneously fermented cider.
We are the third generation on the farm – the first generation as winegrowers.
Our wines and cider are made with a focus on natural processes and minimal intervention, giving an authentic expression of both grapes and apples. We have around 3,000 vines and a small apple orchard.
We use organic methods and experiment with spontaneous fermentations and traditional ageing to create unique tasting experiences that reflect the terroir.
