Karen and Carl run STUB Vingaard on some of Røsnæs’ sandy, sun-warmed slopes facing Kalundborg Fjord. And at the top of Tårnbakken towers the more than 100-year-old water tower, which has been converted into a wine bar and wine shop.
Here guests can buy STUB wines – also by the glass – and enjoy them in the terrain along with the beautiful views of Asnæs, Kalundborg Fjord, Nordfyn, Samsø and much more.
STUB Vingaard has approx. 5,500 vines on approx. 2 hectares, and the fields are grown as naturally as possible. The winery focuses on white wines and sparkling wine of international quality, but also makes lovely rosé wines.
Visits to the wine tower are free, and you can purchase a guided tour, wine tasting and tapas lunch.

Opening hours

• The wine tower is open Friday and Saturday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm from Easter to Fall Break (week 42). During the summer period it is open most days – by advance booking.
