Annisse Vineyard is set on an idyllic thatched smallholding. We, Niels and Dorte Frees, run the vineyard with love and passion, and Annisse Vineyard offers a genuine wine experience with the vineyard, production facilities, and a cosy wine shop. We produce red, white and rosé wines as well as sparkling pét-nat from varieties traditionally used in Denmark and well suited to our climate. Our wines have won awards and received recognition at both Dansk Vinskue and Dansk Vinshow, including the prestigious title of Denmark’s best red wine in 2011.
We are probably Denmark’s smallest (0.12 ha) commercial vineyard, which makes it easy to take in on a guided tour and tasting, where you can enjoy our wines along with a selection of other Danish and international drops. An event typically lasts about 2 hours and can be arranged for groups or purchased via Smartbox or Truestory—but if you stop by and buy a couple of bottles, the winegrower might be pleased and give you a short tour.
