Glentebjerg Vineyard is an idyllic vineyard surrounded by beautiful nature, where peace and quality go hand in hand. We – Elisabeth and Jens – are passionate and dedicated to the entire process – from growing grapes to the finished wine. The winery works according to organic principles with a focus on sustainability and respect for nature’s cycles.

A special part of the cultivation is the use of natural fertilizers, using manure from the vineyard’s own fallow deer. This contributes to healthy vineyards and supports a natural and gentle production.

The winery produces red, rosé, white and sparkling wines (bubbles), all developed with a focus on taste and quality. The starting point is our six grape varieties.

Several of the wines from Glentebjerg Vineyard have received medals and awards at the Danish Wine Show, which is a clear sign of the high level and craftsmanship behind the production.

We offer wine tastings where visitors have the opportunity to taste the wines and hear the story behind the winery and production. The wines can be purchased directly at the winery, where we are also happy to share our knowledge, and at selected local events and tastings.
