The name NiNo comes from our surnames—Nielsen and Normann. In 2017 we planted five different varieties: Bolero, Merzling, Zilga, Solaris and Rondo—400 plants in total.

Later, we also learned to make sparkling apple wines, so today we produce around 1,000 bottles of wine a year.

The hobby grew along the way, and we really care that everything looks great and is well maintained. All the wine is made by us on the property, so we have all the equipment, winery and wine bar on site.
We are permitted to sell our wine under the de minimis threshold.
