Here, organic grapes are grown to produce the highest possible wine quality in Danish latitudes - using only natural methods and robust grape varieties that can ripen in Denmark and are grown with minimal use of gentle pesticides. The winery is working - in collaboration with German plant breeders - to develop next generation grape varieties for the Scandinavian climate. Gotland fur sheep are bred on the farm, so you can buy both organic lamb and wine in the farm shop. The winery is open for visits by appointment.
