The winery was established in 2001 and is owned by Susanne and Søren Hartvig Jensen, who are some of the pioneers in Danish wine breeding. An area of 1.3 hectares has been planted with approximately 4200 vines, mainly with the Rondo and Solaris varieties. The winery has its own underground winery where all winemaking processes take place. It is with passion and focus on quality and traditional craftsmanship that the winery's UTOPIA wines are made.
