The Højbjerg vineyard by Falkenbergvej lies on south-facing slopes in beautiful, idyllic surroundings. Vines were first planted here back in 1998, and there are around 2,000 vines in total across five grape varieties. Work in the vineyard is only lightly mechanised. Pruning, canopy work and the grape harvest are all done by hand. Only healthy, ripe grapes can produce quality wine. The winery is located at Ålsgårde Stationsvej 13. Only dry or semi-dry white wines are produced, and the grape varieties are usually not blended.
